L-ascorbyl-2-sulfate alleviates Atlantic salmon scurvy

Atlantic salmon require vitamin C for normal growth and to prevent scurvy. Ascorbyl-2-sulfate (C2S) effectively prevents and reverses vitamin C deficiency in young salmon.
