Summary

Counseling programs offer psychiatric diagnosis training, but its integration remains inconsistent and faces resistance. This study examined the extent of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition-Revised (DSM-III-R) training in counseling education.
