[Mineralization in the bone of the rabbit mandible after Biositall implantation]

Osteogenic morphological results were assessed at the place of contact of an implant biosital with the lower alveolar jaw-bone in 10 rabbits. Primary mineralization was characterized by the presence of active forming cells and calcified calcospherite structures. Intensive primary mineralization suggests biosital to be a stimulus for ossification (bone formation) promoting favorable interaction tissue implant.
