    Background:

    • To investigate visual memory performance in monkeys under varying stimulus conditions.

    • Four experimental conditions were used: matching/nonmatching with repeated objects and matching/nonmatching with trial-unique objects.
    • A 10-second delay between sample and choice, and a 30-second delay between trials were maintained.
