Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the impact of coculturing embryos with autologous granulosa cells on embryo development and pregnancy rates in patients with RIF.
  • To assess whether granulosa cell coculture can overcome previous implantation failures.

Main Methods:

  • 17 couples with RIF underwent embryo culture: half in standard conditions, half cocultured with granulosa cells.
  • Embryos were assessed for developmental stage (morula/blastocyst) and viability.
  • Steroid levels in coculture supernatants and granulosa cell morphology were analyzed.

Conclusions:
