[Surgical complications in renal transplantation]

Technical complications in kidney transplantation are unusual but with a high incidence of graft loss and mortality. The authors report their experience with 89 kidney transplants with an overall incidence of 16.8%. Only early and aggressive surgical procedures can resolve certain of the complications.
