[Human gene therapy]

Human gene therapy is one of the promising approaches in treatment of genetic diseases and rapid development of molecular genetic methods is bringing this therapy in life. The article summarises the information about possibilities of this therapy, methods of gene transfer, first clinical experience and certain ethical aspects of this therapy.
