Abstract:
Aflatoxicosis is a worldwide disease especially of poultry and swine. The toxin is found frequently in different kinds of nuts and cereals from tropical areas. In the present report the cause of disease in "Antwerpener Bartzwergen" after unsuccessful treatments could be correlated with Aflatoxine in the amounts of 1629, 759, 5 and 5 micrograms/kg resp. for Aflatoxin B1, Aflatoxin G1, Aflatoxin B2 and Aflatoxin G2 in the groundnuts.
