Summary

A rare case of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma presenting as a sellar, suprasellar, and parasellar tumor is described. This lymphoma caused optic chiasm compression and cavernous sinus involvement.

  • A patient presented with symptoms suggestive of optic chiasm compression and subsequent cavernous sinus involvement.
  • Radiological imaging revealed a sellar, suprasellar, and parasellar mass.

Findings:

  • Histopathological examination confirmed the mass to be a primary Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
  • The tumor infiltrated critical neurovascular structures in the sellar and parasellar regions.

Implications:

  • This case highlights the importance of considering NHL in the differential diagnosis of sellar/suprasellar masses, especially with atypical presentations.
