Summary

Radiographs revealed polypoid defects in the bile ducts of patients with AIDS-related sclerosing cholangitis (ARSC). These lesions, composed of granulation tissue, did not impact prognosis and are proposed as AIDS-related polypoid cholangitis (ARPC).
