Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and the Critical Path Method (CPM) are used primarily in industrial settings to manage the efficiency and cost effectiveness of projects. Simultaneous use of these approaches can be applied to planning nursing inservice programs, seminars and workshops.
