Immunotherapy (IT) significantly reduces in vitro immunoglobulin E (IgE) production in allergic patients, mirroring in vivo serum IgE levels. This decrease, observed from the second year of IT, parallels symptomatic recovery and indicates long-term treatment effectiveness.
