[Infusion therapy of experimental hemorrhagic shock using the antihypoxic drug oliphen]

The authors studied the potential of an antihypoxic drug oliphen in raising the efficacy of hemorrhagic shock treatment with sodium chloride isotonic solution. The severity of the shock and the efficacy of treatment were evaluated by parameters of central hemodynamics, microcirculation, oxygen regimen and acid-base condition. Dog and white rat experiments showed that the addition of oliphen to solution treatment produced better results than sodium chloride solution alone.
