Abstract:
Results of carcinogenic testing of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (AT) in chronic experiments is presented. The testing did not reveal carcinogenic properties of this substance in rats but showed carcinogenicity in F1 mice. AT can be characterized as a substance with limited evidence of carcinogenicity.
Insights
Carcinogenic testing of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (AT) showed no cancer-causing effects in rats. However, AT demonstrated carcinogenicity in F1 mice, indicating limited evidence of its cancer-causing potential.
