Abstract:
Described herein is a fifty-nine-year-old man with pulmonary adenocarcinoma metastatic to the spine who experienced a recurrent herpes simplex virus eruption in a zosteriform pattern on his lower back. This eruption corresponded to an area of the lumbosacral vertebrae that contained metastatic lesions.
