Learning styles and instructional processes for home healthcare providers

The extension of ancillary nursing roles challenges registered nurses to devise pertinent and effective teaching and learning strategies in home healthcare educational orientation and inservice programs. A powerful method to strengthen preferred ways of learning and broaden learning styles to meet changing circumstances is described.
