Abstract:
Femoral head autograft from a primary total hip arthroplasty side was used to supplement deficient bone stock on the contralateral revision side. Five patients (10 operations) were treated; all had excellent clinical results and full incorporation of the graft. The methods of treatment was found to be suitable in selected patients.
