Recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome. Clinical testing indicating incomplete section of the flexor retinaculum

Based on five observations of recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome, a distally incomplete section of the flexor retinaculum can be identified on clinical grounds: the wrist flexion test becomes negative and the tourniquet test still remains positive.
