    Summary

    Electron microscopy revealed rat choriocarcinomas (m-803, M-801) closely resemble specific gestational trophoblast cells. Ultrastructural similarities were noted between tumor M-803 and late-stage trophospongial cells, and M-801 and mid-stage trophospongial cells.
