[Gastric cancer in children: report of a case]

Abstract:
Gastric cancer is rare in children. The case of a 5-year-old girl advanced well differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma of the gastric cardia and abdominal carcinomatosis is described. This child is the youngest patient with cancer of the stomach reported in our population.
