Abstract:
These are the results of the testing of lidocaine chloride gels made with carboxymethylcellulose sodium 7pp, carboxymethylcellulose sodium 3pp, methylcellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 4000. The changes of contents of lidocaine chloride, pH, viscosity, transparency and gels sterility was followed at room temperature during 30 days. The gel made with carboxymethylcellulose sodium 7pp showed the best properties.
