Intracranial hypertension resulting from a cerebrovascular malformation

Abstract:
A vascular malformation caused prominent intracranial hypertension by impairing CSF resorptive capacity rather than by its mass effect or ventricular obstruction. It was successfully treated by diversionary shunt.
