Abstract:
Turbidimetric method for measuring DNA is proposed. Modifications for assessing the share of double-stranded DNA in a mixture of single- and double-stranded DNA has been developed. The fragility of DNA has been studied in a group of regular donors at a blood transfusion center as an indicator of stability of this macromolecule to destructive exposures.
