Teaching effective communication skills

Fostering adaptive communication skills through development, initiation and maintenance of an ongoing staff education program is presented. Goals of the proposed interventions include: developing functional interpersonal relationships, increasing job satisfaction and decreasing perceived levels of work-related stress among staff nurses.
