[The clinical and anatomicopathological aspects in malignant choroid melanoma]

Choroidal malignant melanoma is the most frequently among the intraocular malignant tumors, and its incidence is getting hier. Clinical aspects (stadialisation, clinical forms) are strictly corelated with the anatompathological aspects (macroscopic exam, clasic histology, optic microscopy, electronic microscopy, TEM or scanning-SEM). Prognose and survival of malignant melanoma, depends on the histological form and on others microscopic changes. The results are integrated in a schema of conservative, complex, codifical, sequental treatement.
