Summary
Nephrotic syndrome patients with high lipoprotein (a) [Lp(a)] have increased thrombotic risk. Heparin-induced extracorporeal plasma apheresis reduced Lp(a) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, improving patient outcomes.
