Summary

Endometrial ossification, a rare uterine condition, can develop after pregnancy termination. Hysteroscopic resection offers a feasible treatment for this condition, removing bone tissue effectively.

  • Hysteroscopic resection successfully removed the endometrial bone tissue.
  • This case supports new bone formation as a pathogenic mechanism for endometrial ossification.
