Cubital tunnel syndrome caused by tophaceous gout

Abstract:
We report a case of cubital tunnel syndrome caused by tophaceous gout. The ulnar nerve was compressed by a tophus at the distal cubital tunnel. Surgical decompression relieved the symptoms.
