Abstract:
Arthroscopy of the elbow joint remains one of the most potentially hazardous procedures because of the risk to the surrounding neurovascular structures. This article describes a safe approach to the arthroscopic management of elbow disorders, emphasizing a detailed knowledge of portal and related anatomy. The indications for and the techniques and complications of elbow arthroscopy are reviewed.
