Abstract:
We describe a child with Reiter's syndrome (RS) associated with cryptosporidial gastroenteritis. Two children have recently been reported with reactive arthritis due to Cryptosporidium: however, our child represents the first pediatric case of RS secondary to cryptosporidiosis.
