Trauma education consortium, a multicenter approach to trauma nursing education

The costs of providing education force trauma care providers to reevaluate methods used to meet those needs. The collaborative efforts of nurses from the eight trauma centers in the San Francisco Bay area are presented, along with suggestions for creating a similar consortium and planning a large educational offering.
