Abstract:
We report the case of a 19-year-old man, who presented with serous macular detachment as first sign of an optic disc pit. Argon laser photocoagulation of the temporal edge of the disc, associated with gas (C3F8) tamponade and face down positioning allowed retinal flattening and improvement of vision.
