Abstract:
In a 37-year-old man with adrenoleukodystrophy, magnetic resonance imaging showed abnormal signal intensities in the left corticospinal tract and the right cerebellar hemisphere The patient had corresponding pyramidal and cerebellar signs, which might represent cerebral diaschisis.
