Abstract:
The horizontal and vertical considerations that must be taken into account during the diagnosis and subsequent treatment of the dentally and skeletally compromised patient are discussed. The treatment planning and treatment of a difficult malocclusion that required comprehensive orthodontics with surgical intervention are presented.
