Latex particle adherence (LPA) test for identification of adherent and non-adherent leucocytes

A new simple and rapid in vitro test is proposed for identification of adherent and non-adherent leucocyte subpopulations. The test based on adherence of latex (polystyrene) particles to the cell surface utilizes latex particle suspension commercially available for routine examination of the rheumatoid factor in blood of patients with progressive rheumatoid arthritis.
