[Immune disorders in acute pancreatitis and principles of immunocorrecting therapy]

An expert system of diagnosis of the immune disorders types according to Gell and Coombs classification was for the first time applied in the examination of 63 patients with different forms of an acute pancreatitis (AP). The individualized schemes of the immunocorrecting therapy depending on the type of disorder and the grade of the intoxication syndrome present were elaborated.
