[Dynamics of external respiration indicators after laparoscopic and open surgery]

The comparative evaluation of spirometric indexes restoration after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and open cholecystectomy was presented. Each of two groups consisted of 27 patients. The method of computer pneumotachometry (CPTM) using "ETON 01" microprocessor system was used. Functional possibilities of lungs are significantly higher after the LC conduction, and CPTM parameters on the third day are better than in patients on the 7th day after open cholecystectomy.
