[Endoscopic treatment of early gastric cancer using laser destruction and electrosurgical methods]

For the last 15 years endoscopic treatment of early gastric cancer we used in 52 patients. It involved: electroexcision, laser photocoagulation with argon and YAG-Nd lasers. The recurrences, that occurred in 6 patients were also treated with endoscopic methods. The long-term follow-up ranged from 3 months to 15 years. The combined endoscopic treatment of early gastric cancer is recommended in patients with contraindications for the conventional surgery.
