Surgical reduction of "big eyes"

In three healthy persons with "big eyes" the surgical reduction of the "big eyes" was performed. The surgical procedures consist of the removal of the retrobulbar part of the orbital floor and the intraorbital fat. In all three persons, excellent aesthetic results were achieved.
