[On the use of cholisorb on the hepatic exocrine function in patients after cholecystectomy]

The effect of cholisorb on the biochemical structure of hepatic bile of 11 patients after cholecystectomy was studied. Concentration and debit of choleacid, cholesterin and phospholipids were searched. Normalised action of cholisorb on status litodenes is of hepatic bile thanks to decrease of concentration and debit of cholesterin was found. Effective action for correction biliary insufficiency was defined and compared with different medicaments.
