[Symmetrical exostosis on the mandible]

Authors reviewed a case of a symmetric mandible-exostosis at a 16 year old man. He has been operated on account of aesthetics. The authors have found the same rare localized alteration at the grandmother too. The symmetric exostosis seems likely to be hereditary.
