Abstract:
Main histopathologic features of diffuse liver disease with particular reference to chronic viral hepatitis in view of functional radiology of the liver are presented and discussed. Attention is focused on histological grading and staging of fibrosis in chronic hepatitis, considered as most significant histopathologic parameters for comparison with the findings of functional radiology.
