Summary

A rare case of epididymal sarcoidosis, a condition causing noncaseating granulomas, was diagnosed in a 52-year-old man presenting with a painless scrotal mass. Surgical removal and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis, with systemic lesions found inactive.
