[The use of programmed relaparotomy in the treatment of postoperative peritonitis]

    Abstract:

    Results of treatment of 48 patients with postoperative peritonitis using programmed relaparotomy are adduced. Indications for application of the method are determined. New antiseptic agent "Palisan" was used for the abdominal cavity sanation. Analysis of complication is conducted. Lethality was 18.75%.
