[Observing and nursing of the blood circulation for the free flap]

The monitoring for the blood circulation of the free flap should be continued in postoperation. If the crisis of blood circulation occur, the monitoring for the blood circulation is the key to keep the success for the grafted flap, because the majority of the crisis of the free flap can be corrected based on the early discovering and corrective judgment. In our 11 cases, the filling of blood circulation of the free flap was difficulty to be monitored because of the pigmentation or other reason. We combined some special monitor methods to judge the blood circulation of the flap, the corrective judgment rate was 100 percent in our group. We concluded that the combined some methods for monitoring can judge the blood circulation of the flap correctly.
