Summary

Radiation-induced vasculopathy with netlike vessels, a rare complication after brain tumor irradiation, may benefit from surgical intervention. Procedures like encephalo-duro-arterio-myo-synangiosis with STA-MCA bypass show promising results in improving ischemic symptoms.
