Abstract:
In 20 patients referred for sonographic examination, the conditions of examination in relation to daytime were evaluated. No impact of the conditions of examination in the abdominal region except for the region of the gallbladder was observed. Hence, sonographic examination of the abdomen should not be delayed if this investigation method is indicated.
