Abstract:
Hygienic evaluation of formulated food rations has been performed during 2 long-term studies (135 and 90 days) with participation of 6 male volunteers. The food rations provided for the energy and plastic demands of crewmembers, promoted the maintenance of working capacity and allowed to perform successfully the program of studies.
