Mucoglycoconjugates, specifically 7F10-immunoreactive mucoglycoconjugates (7F10-irm), significantly increase in allergic rhinitis (AR) and cystic fibrosis (CF) nasal secretions. These changes were not observed in nonallergic rhinitis (NAR), highlighting distinct disease-specific responses.
