Abstract:
This study evaluated the effectiveness of developmental tests by comparing the ARRT examination scores of radiography graduates who did and did not participate in their use. The study found a statistically significant relationship between participation in the developmental testing program and higher scores on the ARRT radiography certification exam. Recommendations include further validation of the developmental testing program.
